This is a preview video for the collab special, “Heian-chou Mattari Holiday” (ヘイアンチョウまったりホリデイ, “The Relaxing Heian-chou Holiday”), which aired on NHK E in October 2024. It’s narrated by Neru Nagahama, a TV personality and “big Ojarumaru fan”. NHK has removed the video from their official website and Anime World account on X, so I uploaded it here for the sake of preservation.
