One of the most emotionally charged performances of “Out of the blue” by Nogizaka46’s 4th Generation, captured live during Hayakawa Seira’s heartfelt graduation ceremony on July 13, 2023, at Osaka-jo Hall as part of the Midsummer Nationwide Tour 2023.
Watch as Seira, centers, once again, her upbeat yet poignant song about sudden love and personal transformation, shares the stage with her fellow 4th-generation members in a tearful farewell that marks the end of her idol journey.
This song, originally a coupling track from Nogizaka46’s 26th single “Boku wa Boku wo Suki ni Naru” (released January 2021), perfectly encapsulates themes of self-doubt turning into rebirth. Mirroring Seira’s own growth in the group. As my absolute kami-oshi, her raw energy, ballet-trained grace, and charisma shine through, making this a must-watch for any Sakamichi fan. After her official graduation and retirement from the entertainment industry on August 24, 2023 (her 23rd birthday), Seira has maintained a low public profile.
Hayakawa Seira was born on August 24, 2000, in Osaka, Japan, she joined Nogizaka46 as a 4th-generation member in December 2018 after auditioning at her brother’s encouragement (he was a big fan of the group). Known for her ballet background, vibrant personality, and roles like centering “Out of the blue,” she faced health challenges in 2022, leading to a hiatus before her return and eventual decision to step away entirely.

I miss seeing you as part of Nogizaka46. You will always remain as my one and only kami-oshi of Nogizaka46.
